SuperSwell Coarse™

Lost circulation and inadvertent returns always pose a significant problem and expense for HDD operators. One of the easiest lost circulation materials (LCM) that can be mixed and pumped is SuperSwell Coarse and a little goes a long way! As Super Swell Coarse hydrates it increases in size tremendously and can fill fractures, fissures, and voids. Just pump it down and let it do its work. Works really well with Magma Fiber too.

APPLICATION:

Add: SuperSwell through the hopper at a rate of 10 to 25 lb per 1000 Gallons of drilling fluid. Be sure to lower fluid viscosity to less than 40 seconds per Quart prior to adding SuperSwell.
