The National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) certifies products that can or may be used for drilling and constructing water wells and construction of other projects that may affect potable water supplies including aquifers, rivers, lakes, water wells and related drainage systems. Products are subject to extensive testing by independent labs to the criteria for ANSI/CAN 60 certification.
NSF Certified Products – These products are certified with the National Sanitation Foundation NSF/ANSI/CAN 60 and can be found on the NSF website by searching DCS Fluid Solutions from the NSF home page.
ClayBreaker Ⅱ is a liquid clay inhibitor used to reduce bit balling, clay accumulation and sticking problems experienced when drilling reactive clay soils. This product can be used in all bentonite and non-entonitebased drilling fluid systems. ClayBreaker Ⅱ is NSF Standard 60 certified.
FlowSeal is an anionic fluid loss control agent designed for industrial drilling applications: horizontal directional drilling, mining, construction, and water well drilling. FlowSeal provides dispersibility in addition to fluid loss performance. It is recommended in situations where good mixing agitation is not available.
VisMax is a polysaccharide-based viscosifier designed to be used in horizontal boring, Water Well, and Mining applications. It is a rapidly hydrating polymer, which makes VisMax an economically viable solution for a xanthan replacement in freshwater.
DCS Super Swell is a granular polymer product that will absorb up to 500 times its original volume in water, causing it to swell into a soft form that can help plug formation fractures or fissures and stop inadvertent returns. Super Swell can be used alone or with other LCM.
