ClayThinz™

ClayThinz is a remarkably fast-acting drilling fluid thinner and clay dispersant. Add ClayThinz in the recommended dosage rates directly to your clean drilling fluid to treat problem clays of all types. This product can be used with any DCS fluid additive (like TorqBreaker) or bentonite and when used as directed will knock clay off your bit and drill pipe and improve fluid flow back to the surface pits.

APPLICATION:

For Thinning the Mud System: Add ClayThinz at the rate of 1 to 2 Quarts per 1,000 Gallons of drilling fluid in the working pits.

For Treating Used Drilling Fluids: Increase dosage rates to ½ to 2 Gallons per 1,000 Gallons depending on fluid viscosity and density.
