FlowPac™

FlowPac is one of the most versatile additives available for use in HDD boring operations. Water loss to the formation is a major cause of drilling problems and FlowPac lowers fluid loss to the formation. FlowPac also increases viscosity to improve cuttings removal and greatly increases lubrication of the bore, drill pipe and bit. Mixing FlowPac is great for loose and coarse formations but can improve stability and fluid properties in all formations.

APPLICATION:

Add: FlowPac at a rate of 1-2lbs per 1000 Gallons of drilling fluid. A full vis-cup is approximately 1 ½ lbs.

When Mixing With High-Yield Bentonite: Add FlowPac at the rate of 1-2lbs per 5 (50lb) bags.
