FlowSeal®

A versatile additive much like FlowSeal but has the added benefit of being NSF Standard 60 certified. For lowering fluid loss to the formation and increasing lubrication. FlowSeal helps prevent free water in the drilling fluid from migrating into the drilled formation, which causes sand and gravel instability and/or reactions in other formations. FlowSeal stops these causes of many drilling issues.

APPLICATION:

Add: FlowSeal at a rate of 1-2 lbs per 1000 Gallons of drilling fluid. A full vis-cup is approximately 1 ½ lbs.

When Mixing With High-Yield Bentonite: add FlowSeal at the rate of 1-2 lbs per 5 (50 lb) bags.
